Conversion of Product Line Data into CD Format


Objective:
To provide customers easy access to information by utilizing the advantages of new
media options.

Agency Solution:
Customers frequently refer to typical formulations that incorporate the range of Rhodia’s
surfactant and specialty products. Delfino Marketing recommended and created a CD for
customers that would feature the most sought-after formulations. The CD was held in an
attractive jacket that gave complete directions for use, and information about obtaining
specific product and technical information. We were challenged to adapt the design of
the jacket to Corporate Identification Standards.

Results:
Rhodia sales representatives were given sales call opportunities to personally present the
CD to customers. They report that the CD supports the company’s image as a dynamic
organization, ready to use the latest technology in their communications with customers.
